FEMALE COMEDIANS FOR HIRE
Australia punches well above its weight when it comes to female comedy talent. From sell-out tours and hit television series to ARIA-nominated comedy specials and Melbourne International Comedy Festival awards, Australian female comedians are without doubt, world class.
Whether you’re planning a black-tie gala dinner, a corporate conference, an awards night, or an International Women’s Day event, a well-chosen female comedian can elevate the entire evening — landing the laughs while keeping the room energised and on schedule.
Why Book a Female Comedian for Your Event?
The best corporate comedians do more than tell jokes. They read a room, adapt their material to the audience, and make every guest feel part of the moment. ANE’s female comedians bring exactly that — sharp, crowd-aware performance that works across industries, seniority levels, and mixed audiences.
Many of our female comedians are equally in demand as professional MCs and event hosts. Booking a comedian as your MC is one of the smartest moves an event producer can make — you get someone who can handle the unexpected, fill awkward silences, and keep proceedings moving while genuinely entertaining the room.
Who’s on the Roster?
ANE can supply more than 20 of Australia’s leading female comedians for events across Australia, from household names to rising stars:
High profile: Kitty Flanagan, Julia Morris, Judith Lucy, Urzila Carlson, and Claire Hooper are among Australia’s most recognised and in-demand comedy performers, with extensive television, film, and live tour credits.
Corporate favourites: Denise Scott, Fiona O’Loughlin, Nikki Britton, Celia Pacquola, and Anne Edmonds are seasoned corporate performers who know how to tailor their sets for business audiences without losing an ounce of edge.
Fresh voices: Melanie Bracewell, Becky Lucas, Lizzy Hoo, Steph Tisdell, Georgie Carroll, Katie Wainhouse, Nikki Osborne, Bec Charlwood, He Huang, Mel Buttle, Bev Killick, and Anne Howe round out a roster that spans styles, backgrounds, and comedy genres — giving you real choice when matching a comedian to your specific audience and event tone.
